Parcel 1 - 81.68 acres, m/l, with an est. 80.29 crop acres, including 3.91 acres currently in grass waterway.  P.I. of 139.49. Open Lease for 2018.

Parcel 2 - 40.9 acres, m/l, with 33.19 crop acres and a P.I. of 135.46. Open Lease for 2018. Access is via a driveway easement that runs west from CR 900 East.

Parcel 3 - 145.57 acres, m/l, with 143.85 crop acres and a P.I. of 132.73. Open lease for 2018. Land subject to an annual lease for deer hunting through 6/1/2018. There is a 30' driveway easement that runs from CR 900 East over the current field lane to provide access to Auction Parcel 5.
